Ed Westwick with his band. He's sweaty, his hair is all sexily messed up, he might be a few sheets to the wind, his pants are maroon and he's got a microphone tangled around his neck. Honestly I've never been more attarcted to him. Also that GIF makes me laugh as he looks so dang sickly in it and his smile is actually sort of cute.
